Located in the seafront of the Port of Soller, in the pedestrian street along the promenade, the 2 star Generoso Hotel is made of two buildings, one featuring 49 double rooms and a separate one with 14 holiday apartments located at a small walk from the main building.

All rooms at the Generoso are air conditioned (or centrally heated, depending on the season) and come equipped with bathroom with shower, telephone, Satellite TV, safe box for rental, and balcony or terrace. Among the above, the apartments also have an kitchenette with refrigerator and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds. Views from the room and apartments can be either to sea or to the Tramuntana mountains.

Hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception, currency exchange, luggage room, lifts, Internet access, laundry and medical service (local fees may apply), car parking, games room, lounge bar, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant (which includes a vegetarian option) and an outdoors swimming pool with separated children's area and terrace with sunbeds and parasols.
