Located right on the seafront of the S'Illot resort, only a few metres from the beach and the resort centre and next to a small lake which connects the resorts by a footbridge with adjacent Sa Coma resort, the 3 star Hotel Peymar was built in 1960. Completely renovated during 2008, the hotel offers 99 rooms built across 4 floors.

All rooms come equipped en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, radio, telephone, safety box (payable locally and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have views over the swimming pool area and the bay. Rooms facing the courtyard have neither a terrace, a balcony nor opening windows, but glass walls.

Hotel facilities at the Peymar Hotel include a 24 hour reception with hotel safe and currency exchange service, cloakroom, cafe bar and air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, games room, public Internet terminals, laundry and medical services and panorama lift.

Outdoors guests can enjoy a freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and complimentary sun beds and parasols.

Additionally, there is a Thalasso SPA 150 metres from the hotel which can enjoy at a 50% discount, and offers sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath and massages among others.
