Part of the Blau Hotels & Resorts chain, the Mediterraneo Club Aparthotel complex was built in 1987 and is located in the Sa Coma resort sea front, right in front of the beach and next to Punta de n'Amer. The Hotel offers a total 441 rooms, which includes 395 one bedroom apartments and 46 studio flats distributed over a number of 2 and 3 floors buildings.

All the apartments and studios at the Blau Mediterraneo Club come equipped with kitchen, full bathroom suite, air-conditioning, safety deposit box, Satellite TV and balcony or terrace. The studios are equipped with 2 beds and fit up to 2 adults and one child, while the apartments also come with living rooms with 2 sofa beds and fit up to 3 adults and 1 children. Non smoking rooms as well as sea view rooms are available by request.

Food is served in their 2 buffet restaurants, the ‘Mallorca and the ‘Mediterraneo, and next to the pool you will also find the snack bar ‘Cafeteria Mediterraneo. Once a week there is a theme buffet with Majorcan cuisine specials.

Additionally, bookings can be made on a all inclusive basis, which includes full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), all kind of drinks (premium brands carry a supplement), snacks served from 10:30 to 18:00 in the cafe and from 1030 to 2300 in the Bar lounge, coffee, tea and cakes in the afternoon, ice-cream for children during nearly all day and the restaurant pizzeria ‘Mediterraneo (reservation required).

A wide range of open-air sports and swimming pools make up the sports offer run the by activity team at the complex, including 3 squash courts, fitness rooms, aerobics room, table tennis, multi-purpose outdoor court, beach volleyball, archery, shooting, bowls, video games, diving centre, bicycle excursions and spinning sessions. Some of those such as diving and bicycle excursion may incur in additional charges.

For children, the hotel provides what they call Blaudi Clubs (mini clubs), catering for all ages and divided as follows:

  • Mini Club for the youngest from 2 to 4 years old.
  • Maxi Club for children aged 5 to 7 years old
  • Super Club for children aged 8 to 10 years old.
  • Mega Club for those that are growing up, from 11 to 13 years old.
  • Teenies Club with activities for young people aged 14 to 17 years old (during school holidays).

Among these, all children can enjoy an extensive gardened and equipped children's area with numerous swings and games, under the supervision of the entertainment staff.

Additionally you can also ask for a professional nanny (additional charge) to take of your children.

As for entertainment, the Blau Mediterraneo Sa Coma Aparthotel runs a large daytime and night time programme with theme shows on the terrace, sporting and leisure competitions and group classes in Spanish for Beginners.
