Located right in the middle of Palmanova's resort centre and only 200 metres from the Son Matias beach, the Viva Palmanova is an aparthotel ideal for families. Built in 1991 and refurbished during 2003, the 4 star Viva Palma Nova comprises 154 one bedroomed apartments and 15 studios flats, all comfortably furnished, and surrounded by extensive Mediterranean gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms at the Apart Viva Palmanova are air conditioned or centrally heated (according to the season) and come equipped with fully equipped bathroom, telephone, satellite TV, safety box, music channels, kitchen and terrace. Additionally, all the apartments have an independent separated bedroom and a dinning-room with two sofa-beds. 2 of these apartments are specially adapted for disabled guests.

Hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception with currency exchange service and luggage rooms for late departures, hiring of cars, bicycles and motorbikes, medical services, recreational games area, internet and conference rooms. Furthermore, the complex has one buffet style restaurant and one a la carte restaurant, as well as a snack pool bar serving pizzas, snacks, salads and so on. There is also a supermarket inside the complex with a large selection of nation and international products.

Leisure facilities have been utmost catered for the guests enjoy, and include a swimming pools for adults and separated a children's one, solarium with hammocks and parasols and towel service, as well as a chill-out pool -exclusively for those over 18 years old- with Jacuzzi and high pressure water streams.
