Located only 150 meters from Palma Nova beach and a very short walk from the resort's centre, the 3 star Rosa del Mar apart hotel is surrounded by extensive Mediterranean gardens and sun terraces. The complex, built in 1984 and extensively renovated during 2007, features 31 one bed roomed self catering apartments and 151 studio flats built across 4 floors, all of them comfortably furnished.

All the apartments (sized 54 sq metres + Terrace) and studio flats (27 sq metres + terrace) at the Rosa del Mar come equipped with fully equipped bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen , direct telephone, Satellite TV, air conditioning, safety box and terrace. Additionally, the apartments have a separated double bedroom. Some of the studio flats, as well as the communal areas, are adapted for handicapped people.

Hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception with currency exchange service and luggage rooms, spacious halls, conference rooms, excursion sales, public internet terminals, games room, laundry and medical services and parking facilities. Food is served buffet style at their recently refurbished restaurant, but you can also make use of the snack bar for some quick food.

There is also an outdoor swimming pool with a separated children's section and sun terraces with complimentary sun loungers and parasols, as well as a Spa area with a smaller indoor heated pool (only in winter), sauna, massage service and gymnasium.

Other facilities include a sports court, children's playground, and a seasonal entertainment programme with activities for both adults and children, as well as nightly shows and live music.
