My wife and I have just returned today 25/7/ 2009 from this hotel in Palma Nova.

Hotel is very clean but they have a serious problem with people reserving sun beds. When approached regarding this problem the Thomas Cook rep said that she and the hotel management were working very close to sorting it out. But in the 2 weeks I was there only 1 announcement was made, also I think they need to look at the food they serve as it was at best 2nd rate.

On the bright side though hotel staff were pleasant and room was cleaned everyday.

Would reccomend Palma Nova to anyone but unfortunately not this hotel.

Just returned last week, stayed at the Hi Palma Nova before.

Got to say it has not got any better: rooms spotless, food repetitivesame thing over and over again.

Staff not all very nice especially in the entertainment room 1, male waiter and 1, female waitress extremely rude.

Won't be returning again which is a shame because this hotel is in a perfect location.

Just back Tuesday 7 July after 11 nights.

Must say pool fine, rooms clean. Food no better than a pig troff. Like school meals.

Would not go back to this hotel.

Went in June for 10 days.

Nice hotel, shame about the sad faced person on reception, got a face you only see at funerals.

Just returned on 1 June 2009 from one week family stay. All in party enjoyed hotel.

Food was great, drinks are in plastic cups, but not a major issue. Sunbeds being booked with towels was an issue, but as hubby an early riser we managed ok.

Have booked to return in October 09 for another week. Only saw one stag and one hen parties - the rest of holidaymakers were family orientated or couples.

Just come back 2nd June.

Hotel very clean and rooms cleaned every day, pool area great, plenty to do for children.

The only downside was the sunbeds: there are only a few with backrests on the rest are flat, not very comfortable and when we came down at 9 o'clock in morning they were all with towels on.

The food could be a lot hotter as well.

Overall we enjoyed it and would definitely go back again.

Hotel was basic but good, staff were very attentive.Very close to everything. Only complaint was towels on the sunbeds very early in the morning which was against hotel policy but they did nothing about it.

Would recommend and go back.

Just returned 22 May one of the worst hotels ever stayed in.

Food was disgusting, all drinks served in plastic cups even tea and coffee and only half pint cups, no pints for the men.

The hotel itself was very clean as were the rooms. Would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone.

People who had been there previously said they would never go back as had changed since last year. Were advised by Thomas Cook rep it is now mainly for hen and stag parties and it certainly shows. The entertainment of a night was awful.

We always go all inclusive and this is one of the worst ever stayed in.

We have just returned from the Hi Palma Nova hotel and it was fab, we we're in a group of 25 and not one of us had a complaint.

The food was great, even kids liked everything. Snacks available during meal times. Pool is a good size.

I will be returning to this hotel and booking very soo for next year.

A very good hotel, good food, clean rooms and surrounding areas near most facilities and beach. Not that you need the beach with the pool.
