I stayed at this hotel in July 2007.
The staff were very helpful. Although on arrival did not appreciate waiting for the cleaner to do our room. We waited an hour and a half. Not good after journey.
Nice room although was not impressed with the door that led into the next room, as some stranger thought it would be funny to wander into our room at 5 in morning.
Nice hotel but have stayed in a lot better.

I think the hotel was great in the part which was redone as the other parts had leaking roofs etc, but it's only 3 star, so what do u expect? u get what u pay for, duh.
There were quite a few hens and stags and there was a school trip of fit Spanish boys and a few girls aged 12-15. I got asked out by a few of them and found it very flattering and said yes to one, because I knew I'd never see him again, but all he wanted to do was play tonsil tennis to show off. I think the teachers could of kept the kids under more control at least.
The food was average but the all inclusiveness was a joke. since when was the a "light inclusive"? You have to pay for snacks and alcohol, the bar isn't open when the restaurant is. Sections of the hotel are being done up, as the hotel has recently been taken over by Grupo Bali.
I would definitely go again, but next year when the hotel has been done up. Yes there are lots of disable people there, and most of them are Spanish oaps but what can you do.
Wouldnt really recomend this place for children as they would easily get bored, but I went with a few people of my age (13).
Thnk you x

Well here we go. Stayed at this hotel feb09 to march09 for 7 nights all inclusive. We thought it was all inclusive but they call it all inclusive light, so if the restaurant is open you cannot get a drink at the bar, just in the restaurant which is open till 10 in the morning but you cannot get a bottle of water unless you pay for it.
The restaurant is then open again at 1 till 3 and again at 7.30 till 9.30 the food is terrible. This hotel must have employed the worst chef in Spain.
Entertainment was for the Spanish old aged pensioners which I think ALL the Spanish oap's were booked into this hotel the same time as us. The staff were sometimes alright but most were jobsworths.
If you were into wildlife this hotel is for you, because the pool is shared with 3 ducks. The only good thing about this hotel is the bedrooms very clean.
My advice about going to this hotel is DON'T.

Just returned from a fantastic week...
Staff very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The few minor issues were resolved quickly and without fuss...
True, the hotel is a bit dated and in need of a bit of a refit (which is taking place one wing at a time), but bear in mind it is a 3 star- you are not paying for the Hilton! It obviously was 4 star at one time (there is one missing next to the silver name badge above the door!) but generally feels like it's seen better days.
Good variety of food available... I'd go again. Hire a car, grab a picnic, go for a long drive up the west coast (if you are brave enough!) and chill out guys!

Just home from a one-week all-included autumn package, very good value as the wonderful variety of Spanish food was abundant, very well presented and well-adapted to British and Irish tastes. The package also included generous amounts of local wines, beers and spirits.
Most of the hotel staff speak good English and, when addressed politely, are very happy to assist in a prompt, helpful and friendly manner.
Particularly helpful and efficient at all times were the friendly reception staff who gave guidance and practical advice concerning access to all kinds of local attractions as well as public transport on the Island.

We thought that the hotel staff were ignorant, our room wasn't what we had booked.
The food was disgusting, we ate out everyday. Spent over £1000 for a week, which for all inclusive we shouldn't of spent that.
The only thing good in the hotel was the outside pool.
I'd never go back there and I wouldn't advice anyone to either. They should treat everyone equally but they treat the disabled like they were royalty and ordinary, like shit and its shit alcholo.
Mr T McCarthy from Bolton Lancs, May 2, 2008 10:15 AM
The hotel is building site, don't go.
Mr Fox from Cheshire, March 9, 2008 12:33 PM
We went beginning of march for four days to be greeted by five hundred Spanish oap, the rudest loudest people you will ever come across.
The staff was just as bad the area. Is a little quiet but it's what you make it. The room was clean, the hotel was a little dated an dirty, there was building work going on when we got there which we was not told about.
Take my advice, give it a miss.

I went with four girls and and the first night had a few people in our room and the people next door complained. A few days later we decided av a night off get sum slp and recover and went to bed at 9:00.
We were rudely awakened in the morning by the hotel manager (some stupid Glasgow girls had been running around making noise in the night NOT US) and forced to sign a warning or else we would have been kicked out. Staff refused to listen to our protests and when we tried to complain made no attempt to listen.
It's a decent hotel for the money but get yourself noticed and they'll have it in for you. Good chance of being kicked out.
Kelly Law from South Yorkshire, October 1, 2007 12:27 PM
I think if you're under age of 40 do not book this hotel, they're against young ones.
We got kicked out of hotel for making noise, this wasn't to loud at all. They only seem to care for the disabled there. Everybody who made bit of noise was getting warned & threatened to ring the police. It was disgusting how they treated the young ones.
I think travel companies should not let young people book this hotel, they would be wasting their money
