A small 1 star hotel located near to Palma's shopping area and the centre. The hotel is family run and defines itself as a "family atmosphere hotel ideal for visiting the city or for excursions around the island". The hotel is near the train and central bus station and therefore well communicated with the rest of the island.

All rooms at the Hotel Colon have private bathroom (equipped with either shower or bath), in room TV and safe box and air conditioning at an additional charge. Deco is simple.

Hotel facilities include bicycle garage, parking (at an additional charge), Internet point, lift, TV room and 24 hour reception desk offering help to buy any kind of tickets, plan excursions or arrange car rental.

The hotel does not serve any food, but there is a wide choice of snack bars, tapas places and restaurants around.

Hotel Colon rates: 49 Euro per double room (approx. 32 pound) during all year, but 59 Euro (39 sterling pound) in July and August.
