What a great place to stay, all the staff look after you, every need.

My son Gaige had his 11th birthday in the hotel and the management sent a bottle a bubbly (this was very nice but Gaige couldn't have any) to our room with a very nice letter. The entertainment team made the kids stay even better.

Food was excellent, only thing I did think should have been provided was at least 1 bottle of water or something like this with your evening meal if you're half board, as you do get a drink included in your breakfast.

Games around the pool area I think everyone all ages enjoyed.

All of the hotel is very clean, the maids work wonders.

We are booking again for next year as it's in a prime location with Manos bar on the doorstep and everything else you could need.

We saw this hotel a few years ago from Manos pub (our fav pub) so when we got home booked for August 2009 (2 adults and a 5 year old).

We had a great holiday. The hotel was the best we have stayed in Magaluf and we have stayed in a few.

All the staff are great, from the cleaners to the reception staff, the pools and activities were great and the entertainment on a night was also great, food was very good with a great choice.

We are going back to Sol Guadalupe in late July 2010 happy days...

We would recommend this hotel to every one.

Have stayed here 3 times now and love going back every October, hotel and staff are lovely and new pool is great.

Close to bars my favourite being Windsors and Manos, would definitely recommend to everyone.

Just waiting for flight to come out and I'll be there again this October.

Stayed at the guadalupe twice now.

I think it's brilliant, it was my husbands birthday & received a bottle of bubbly from the management, which was a total surprise.

Lovely place, lovely people. Recommend it to anyone.

We have been to this hotel 8/9 times now. We all meet up each year and have a fab time.

Hotel is located in a good area, and not too far away from the beach. The food is excellent, but if you miss breakfast Tom Browns do a fab one.

There is loads of entertainment for all ages.!!!
Then later after 10.30pm Baco`s, Robbies Bar, and end up in Plaza for good boogie. During the day it was great to relax in Robinson Crusoe (beach bar) drinking wine .

We are all flying to day 15/05/09 yep eeh, for another great girly funny holiday .

I would fully recommend this hotel for all ages. The staff are fantastic , and if you join up with MAS card you can normally keep your room on for longer if you have a night flight. So go on book now !!!

Me and my friend stayed here in October 2007. First time abroad for me.

Loved the room we got. 231 to be exact. Night life is fantastic. People were really friendly in and out of the hotel. Food was lovely.

I'm trying to book another holiday there sometime next year but no dates are available. I aint gunna give up though. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Families, couples, friends. It suits everybody. Beach was fantastic too!

An Amazing Hotel.

I would not spread a bad thing about it. The best!

Entertainment staff were so cool and the pool was brilliant.
Not a really hot pool and it wasn't a really cold pool, it was ok.

I loved it!

This hotel was very nice, I stayed here as my first girls holiday.

The hotel is placed near the show pirates and is a 2 minute walk away from the main clubbing area, but not to close that your hotel is noisy at night as it's not.

The hotel had night time entertainment which was good.

I would definitely recommend this to any age.

We have just returned 28/08/08.

Location: 30 mins by taxi from airport (EUR32-38), 5 min stroll to main strip (Bank) and 10 to the beach. A short walk to the Pirates adventure and Water park (5-10 mins). Ideally situated for families and party-goers alike.

Room: Small but clean, AC and fan, small balcony, TV (2 English channels only). Lots of wardrobe space and a safe (extra cost EUR15). We had to pay extra EUR30 to have our room to change in until we left hotel @6pm.4 lifts

Catering: We had half board- wide variety at b/fast, English and continental. 8:30-10:30 (take your own T-bags). Evening meals again wide variety but you won't get a Sunday dinner! Have to pay for drinks. Overall very good- cater for all!

Facilities: Small games room. Internet access in reception area (8-10 screens). Laundry, Kitchenette for babies things. Bar - indoor and out. No smoking indoors (I smoke didn't effect me!)

Pool(s): Excellent main pool (1.3 m). A covered pool (1.3 m) and a child pool with slides (I could not keep my daughter (8) out of these and she wasn't a good swimmer. She grew with confidence with arm bands and we spent 50% of our time there). There were also pool games arranged daily. Best pool in town!

Entertainment: Family orientated nightly entertainment from 10pm -11:15 then bar til 0100. Also children mini club during day but we didn't need it (the pool was enough).

General: We had a great time very relaxed family holiday (but saw many a sore head in the mornings also). Can't wait to go again next year and will definitely recommend this hotel (not cheap but fair). All the Sol hotels will be refurbished in very near future, the Guadalupe being the first completed.

Stayed here in July, very nice.

Most staff very friendly and helpful.

Although 1 of the nights reception staff was a bit of a maniac because we were laughing!!

Other than that had a great time.

Just returned from the Sol Guadalupe yesterday and I am glad to say I am at home!

This is the 10th Year we have stayed at this hotel and I must say how disappointed we were.

In the 14 nights we stayed at the hotel we did not get 1 full nights sleep due to the noise levels of other guests shouting and screaming in corridors when returning from the pubs and clubs. We did contact reception on several occasions to highlight this fact but nothing was done to sort it which I find unacceptable.

In previous years there has always been security personnel visible in the hotel but there was nothing this year. Complaints were falling on deaf ears and I will not be returning the the Sol Guadalupe next year!

I stayed in this hotel last year and loved it, I have booked to go back in July this year.

Food was lovely, rooms very clean and had lots of space. Pools are great and the roof terrace sunbathing area was the best bit...

Very close to shops and all the bars but not so close it's noisy of a night , it's the best hotel in Magaluf !!

The rooms are cleaned everyday and the staff are very helpful.

We are returning May 2008, as the hotel has just been totally refurbished again.

Stayed here in october 2007 for the third time, never again.

One morning you could have carrots for breakfast... The hotel closed on the Friday after we left, so you got what was left in the kitchen.

My wife and myself have just had a two week holiday at this hotel, and was the best hotel ever.

The food and cleanniness was first class, the bedrooms plenty of room. Nothing was too much trouble to the cleaners, the whole hotel is spotless. If we ever go back to Majorca, I want to stop at this hotel, I can whole heartly recommend it.

It deserves to succeed.
