Do not recommend this hotel for family with children.
Get woke up from the noise at 4am and getting the youngest being sick over the balcony. Glasses and bottles by pool.

I have stayed in this hotel and found it to be reasonably priced, comfortable and a great location.

You get done over as soon as you check in....key for safe in room 21 euro per week! Get it though or you may find you will be targeted by thieves...hmm hmm.
Room basic but clean, maids do a good job and leave you alone if you are lying in a drunken state.
Towels go on the sunbeds at 3 am (and in the pool 15 mins later hee hee) but there are no Germans living here!
No rest for the late night party people, prepare to be wakened by amateur DJ crawling away at 11 bells cutting every song to pieces with his fader control.
He also does some evening entertainment for the kids and seems to keep most of them amused, though most are away blocking the toilets with loo roll and playing tig in the elevators while their parents get pissed and don't care what they are up too.
Bar prices a rip off full stop, entertainment ends at 12 but you can drink until 1 am that is if you can put up with bar staff member aka Mr Happy throwing the chairs around in a bid to drive you to your room with a headache. His colleague Rafa seems to be the one doing most of the work and despite carrying "sad sack" is the one always smiling and his service is spot on, great with the kids too.
Don't bother with the optional flexible drinks plan as it requires you to tie in for 5 days at 15 euro per day per head unless prepared to stay in. Meal plans are the same... a rip off. Most folk get their own bevvy at the Spar 25 meters along road. Sign say you must consume stuff bought on premises... I went self catering so also catered for ourselves most of time ;)
I would go back though being more savvy after my recent mugging. I reckon I could save myself a fortune second time round, in fact I am going to write a poor-mans guide to staying here.
We enjoyed our stay and as self catering the Sahara serves the purpose intended.
