Situated only 400 metres away from the sandy Can Picafort beach and 300 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, the Grupotel Gran Vista Hotel is surrounded by 20.000 square metres of beautiful gardens. Built in 1969 and refurbished during 2005, the complex consists of the hotel which features 338 rooms built over 5 floors, plus 10 self catering apartments at the annexe Grupotel Aldea Gran Vista.

All rooms at the Grupotel Gran Vista come equipped with bathroom with hair dryer, heating or air-conditioning depending on the season, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, safety deposit box, minibar and terrace. In addition, all the apartments the Aldea Gran Vista have a living room with sleeping-couch and kitchen.

Hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception with currency exchange service, luggage room and courtesy room with shower for late departures, bicycle storage, pool towels and rental of bathrobes, medical and laundry service, car rental, internet terminal, discounts on green fees at several golf clubs in Mallorca and excursions with the Grupotel Natur, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking and a choice of several different theme buffets, bistro in the garden between both pools as well as a panorama bar on the sixth floor.

Other facilities include two swimming pools with children's splash pool and complimentary sun lounges and parasol, swimming lessons individually or in groups, professional sports bicycle center with workshop and shop, two grass tennis courts and a beach volley court and minigolf. Children are well catered for in the Miniclub (only available in summer) and have also a children's playground at their disposal.

Furthermore, the hotel provide it guest with a SPA including Indoor pool with water-jets, hydro massage, chilling-pool, sauna, Turkish bath and gym with cardio-machines or aerobic and fitness classes among others.
