Went June for one week.
The only thing that was good was the maids and the pool, we never got a smile off the dining room staff, had to clear your own tables more often than not . Never seen rabbit on a menu before. Wasn't impressed with the food.
Entertainment rubbish, sat outside most of the time in the evenings. Rooms were stifling, no air con.
Wont be going back, wouldn't recommend it.

Went July 09 and cant wait to go back, when first arriving there I thought I never wanted to return as transfer took nearly 2hrs and then found their was no air con in room, but it turned out to be one of our familys best ever holidays.
The food is about the same as most 3* but it is available right up to 11.00pm, the pools are the best I've seen, my 4yr old daughter loved it and it was really safe.
Also the beach was great, it is a really nice short walk and then you get to the beach alcove.
Next time though I will hire a fan from reception on first day.

Stayed here for ten days in July.
Good hotel, the food was great and plenty of choice. Very clean rooms and restaurants. Weather was fab.
Would recommend it and hope to go next year.

It is a brilliant place to go, it's fun, it's a family holiday.

After reading reviews on hotel was a bit unsure what to expect.
On arrival met by friendly staff, which I can say for the whole week they were great. Room was fine we had two rooms as there was 5 of us. Food was good to and kids loved pools.
Would go again hope to next year, recommend to families had a great holiday here.

Had a great time at this hotel, food good, hotel clean throughout, lots to do, shops and bars close by, would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples.
All staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go again.

To be fair this was not our chosen hotel or resort.
We like quiet hotels and areas and this certainly was not, food was good but restaurant was like Woolies cafeteria, kids screaming and running all over the place. The music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think and the non stop entertainment, announced in several different languages bore a resemblance to Maplins.
Our apartment was clean and spacious but no air-con. Hotel good for the young and families but not for folks like us wanting a bit of peace and quiet.

I thought for what we paid you could not knock this hotel.
The staff did water aerobics every day and organised activities for the children. Despite what you may read the que's were not that bad.
The food was of average quality but mostly nice and lots of variety.
Our apartment was clean tidy and spacious, we had a one bedroom. There is a parade of shops with some good bars a short 5 minute walk away.
I never had a problem getting a sun lounger and managed to get the same spot for a week. I did not usually get out for a lounger until about 9.30-10.00.
Holidays are what you make them and Club Cala Romani has all that you need for a good family holiday. I would not book this place for couples as it is all family orientated. Which was great for us.

Would not go back here.
Room tiny, food awful. Had to queue all the time and food lukewarm. Too noisy during the day with music blaring all the time.
DONT GO HERE

This year will be our sixth visit to Club Cala Romani. I think that says it all.
The food is excellent, the staff, the pools everything about the hotel is perfect.
The town is very near by and the beach is only five minutes away.
My daughters first visit was at age 7, she is now 12 and still loves it.
Well done all!!!

We had been booked into the Hotel America (from 20th June to 25th June 2008 and were told no room in the inn and we disappointed that we did not have our sea views but when we were sent to Club Cala Romani, we were delighted with our replacement hotel. It was brighter and cheerful. Food was beautiful, hotel room spotless, staff friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a fabulous hotel for the money on an all inclusive basis. I am going back for the fourth time this May.
The hotel rooms are basic but there is a wide range of activities, the pools are great, a lovely short walk to the local beach (small cove), really friendly staff, clean and a wide choice of food. Great for families as the kids are kept entertained.
The resort is quiet with just a few bars and the local beach provides a stopping point for boats which take you up and down the coast. The Caves of Drac (Porto Christo) are a couple of stops on the boat or you can get a bus for a couple of euros.
Great place to just chill out and relax. Probably not the place if you want nightlife or loads of activities outside the hotel but you can hire a car or book trips if you want to venture further.

Went in June 2007, rebooked and can't wait to return in June 2008.
Took 3 boys, 3,6,9 who thoroughly enjoyed it. If the kids are happy you are happy is my moto. Good value for money, exceptional pools, great food and friendly staff, 5 mins from beach, 2 mins from town.
What more can I say.
Kayleigh Jones from Builth Wells, April 10, 2008 8:01 PM
We went here in July 2007 and we had a lovely time.
The food is lovely and its also very clean and tidy, and always great entertainment all through the day. All the staff were very polite and helpful except some of the reception staff!! We had a problem with the lock on our door and we couldn't get to our room, a number of times we went down to reception and the staff were no help to us.
But over all we had a great family holiday.
Pia & Karlene from England, March 30, 2008 2:13 PM
It was good, great entertainment, friendly staff, we hope to go back this year.
The food was delicious and the drinks were awesome.
Kayleigh Watt from England, December 10, 2007 7:14 PM
We had a lovely time on holiday and we hope to go back next year as it was the best holiday I have ever had!
The service was fantastic and the rooms were great! The maid that cleaned our room did an excellent job and the food was delicious! Yum, Yum!
