The Niu is a small hotel with more than 70 years of history located only a few metres from the sea and a small beach in the Cala San Vicente resort. Built in 1908 and renovated in 2008, this 3 star hotel features only 24 rooms, all air conditioned and distributed across 2 floors, in a typical, whitewashed Balearic building.

All rooms at the Hotel Niu are air conditioned (or centrally heated, depending on the season) and come equipped with private bathroom with bathtub, minibar, parquet, LCD TV, safe, telephone and either balcony or terrace.

A continental breakfast buffet is served in the morning and for both lunch and dinner the hotel has its a la carte restaurant.

Hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception with currency exchange service, café, newspaper stand, mini supermarket, laundry service, car parking nearby and a hairdressing salon. Furthermore, it also offers a bar and a pub.

There are parasols and hammocks at guests disposal (both payable locally). Also, those looking for water-sports can enjoy a wide range of activities such as water-skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, surfing, windsurfing, sailing, etc... or explore the area on a mountain bike.
