Part of the BMC Group of hotels, the complex was renovated during 2000 and offers 38 guest rooms, including 17 Junior suites, which are built over 4 floors an surrounded by sun terraces and gardens.

Part of the Hi! Hotels group, the Simar is a 3 star family oriented hotel situated in the higher part of Cala San Vicente, only 50 metres away from the Cala Molins beach. Refurbished in 2002, the Simar Hotel has 121 rooms, including 14 suites, which are built over 4 floors. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Completely renovated during 2002, the hotel features 109 rooms, including 90 double rooms, 9 Junior Suites and 10 single rooms built over 6 floors and surrounded by sun terraces and gardens.

Situated only 400 metres away from the beach in Cala San Vicente (Pollensa) and with views over the countryside, La Moraleja was formerly a private mansion which has been converted and enlarged into a small and selected luxury hotel. The hotel offers only 17 rooms, between Suites and Demi Suites, all with a large terrace and with continuous sun.

Pinos Altos Apartments

The Pinos Altos Apartments complex is located in a particularly quiet position towards to the rear of the Cala San Vicente resort, surrounded by tall pines from which it takes its name, five minutes driving from Puerto Pollensa and about 400 metres from the beach and resort centre. The complex is made of 16 blocks of apartments each one named after a Mallorcan tree.
