Part of the D'or Group chain, the 4 star Gran Hotel d'Or Tucan is situated around 100 metres from the Cala Gran beach, in the tourist resort of Cala d'or. Built in 1970, the hotel was refurbished in 1996 and has a total of 155 guest rooms built over 3 floors and surrounded by gardens. Lots of shops and bar's can be found just over the road.

All rooms at the Gran Hotel d'Or Tucan come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe box for rental, TV, air conditioning or heating depending on the season and balcony, some with views over the pool and garden area and some facing the Cala Gran cove.

Facilities at the Tucan include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, safe, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, currency exchange service and a lift. Guests have also at their disposal other facilities such a snack bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant, as well as Internet access, room and laundry services and medical assistance.

Outdoors guest will find a large outdoor swimming pool with separate children's pool set amidst the spacious sun terraces and gardens with sunbeds and parasols.

The hotel also offers a seasonal entertainment programme in the evenings which includes live music and cabaret.
