Have stayed in these apartments in 06 and 07 and while the apartments were basic, restaurant never seemed to be open, and entertainment was not catering for adults in the evening time and was very basic stuff, we found the staff very friendly and helpful.

It is a lovely quiet area from which to explore and restaurant and bars are quite near. We like the area so much we are going again this year and will stay at the same apartments .

We stayed at Ola Isabel apartments during the last week of June and first week of July 2008 on a self catering basis in a one bedroom apartment.

The apartments are reasonably comfortable but are ready for refurbishment. Self catering equipment is basic, a two ring burner and minimal equipment is available. During our stay the hotel restaurant was closed. Bar meals were available but the menu was limited, the nearest independent restaurant is about 400 metres from the hotel but is a bit pricey for frequent use. All other restaurants can be found in Cala Bona centre which is about 1 kilometre from the hotel.

There was a problem with the air conditioning for the first 5 days of our stay, with temperatures of 32-36 degrees, poor excuses from the hotel management were offered but little action to resolve the problem.

In comparison to other hotels nightly entertainment was third rate. This aside we enjoyed our stay in the area. Cala Bona is a pleasant resort with quick easy access by bus or on foot to the neighbouring resorts of Cala Millor (2 Km) and Sa Coma (3-4Km)
