Recently renovated, this 4 storey aparthotel comprises a total of 43 apartments and 12 studios and is located only 80 metres from the sandy beach at the Alcudia bay.

Maristany offers spacious apartments and studio flats with air-conditioning and heating, full bathroom, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, kitchenette and balcony (some with sea views).

The Aparthotel Maristany has a 24 hour reception hall and dining room with buffet. All installations are equipped with air conditioning and thwere is a swimming pool for adults and children with solarium, sunshades and sun beds for the clients disposal.

Rates are depending on the season: from 40 Euro to 90 for a study or 50 Eruo to 120 for an apartment up to 4 person (rates per room per day). Breakfast or half board basis is available at an additional charge.
