Located only 50 metres from the beach, close to the Albufera Park and the city of Alcudia, the Ivory Playa Apartments were built in 1988 and fully refurbished in 2002. The Playa de Muro shopping and bar area is around 650 meters from the complex and the centre of Alcudia can be reached by a short bus journey (1.2 kilometres).

The complex has 168 air conditioned guest rooms equipped en-suite bathroom with hairdryer, satellite TV (flat screen), telephone, in-room safe and balcony. There are 3 apartments specially adapted for people with disabilities and disabled access is available on communal areas.

All the apartments are 34 sq. metres distributed in two areas, a living room with two sofa-beds and a double bedroom. The studios are 22 sq. metres and have the same equipment as the apartments, with the exception of the extra bedroom. Reservations can be done in both bed and breakfast or half board basis.

Guest facilities include laundry service, beauty shop, Internet services (Wireless LAN), elevator, 24 hours receptions with foreign exchange and bicycle rent.

As per activities, the hotel offers a tennis court, children's playground, biking and a outdoor swimming pool. Entertainment programme is also available for both adults and children, including the last a mini club (aged 4 years upward). Nearby there is also the option to practice golf, hiking, cycling and tennis.

Finally: usually dogs are welcome at the hotel, but please let them know in advance.
