Just come back from staying in the Hotel Condes de Alcudia for 1 week all inclusive.

The food for breakfast there was a full English with a tea coffee milk and fruit juice machine. The waiters and waitresses were friendly enough. For lunch there was a variety of different foods such as: Burgers, Sausages, Salad, New Potato's, Pizza and lots more foods.

For dinner there was: Meats, Salad, Rice,Fish Chips although after a while the chips got a bit repetitive because they had it on offer for lunch and dinner everyday. Also they had a wine beer and soft drinks machine.

Pool, entertainment, games. The hotel had a small toddlers paddiling pool with another pool for everybody. The entertainment in the evenings was FANTASTIC!!!!! Some of the shows was: Karoke, B.O.O.M.S. the kids singing and dancing show, animal shows, acrobatic shows and every night there was a game of BINGO with a chance to win over 100 euros.

During the day there was games ran by the entertainment team who was extremley friendly and funny.These are some of them: Water Polo, bowling, bolws, archey, shuffleboard and lots more!!!

Hotel Rooms. I had a family room with my daughter and husband. It contained 1 bunk bed, 2 single beds pushed toghether, wardrobe, dressing table and safe. The bathroom was small and it contained: a bath with a shower in it, big mirror, sink and toilet. Most of the rooms had balconies except some of the first floor did not have one.There was 9 floors in total.

The lifts were small and could only hold 3-4 people in it. After due consideration I would reccomend this hotel to a friend and possibly go back to it in the future.

I would rate this hotel 8 out of 10.

Had a great holiday at the Condes de Alcudia, the hotel and entertainment staff were all very friendly and helpful and the entertainment was very good.

There was a very good choice of food and it always looked nice and fresh.

Hotel was in a very good location only minutes from beach and centre, bus stops even nearer.

Would go back again and recommend it to anyone.

We arrived at the Condes de Alcudia hotel on the 30 august at about 1.30pm. The hotel was quite impressive from the outside.

The reception staff in the morning and afternoon was really nice. The lifts were very small and could only fit about 2 people in...

The rooms were quite small and the shower was like a box but it did its job... the food was really nice but got sick of eat pork and veal for 11 days. It was a nice treat to eat beef when they put it on... the only other thing was the way you was treated for being all inclusive: the restaurant staff didn't want to know you unless you were paying... but they were nice enough...

The bar outside was nice but the staff was very crafty with all inclusive as they tried to water down the alcohol with that many ice cubes I could of built a igloo with them...

The pool was very small and crowded which was a disappointment but we went to the beach instead which was about 2 mins away and spent the day on there.

The entertainment was really good especially the Brazilian dancers they were fantastic. There was 3 entertainers: Sara, Marlie, Martin... who was on every night. They were very friendly and came round every day to do games which varied: darts, bowls, crossbow, and water sports where you could win a diploma and medal.

Overall the holiday was good but it was spoilt on the last night as the transfer bus that was supposed to be picking us up never turned up and the reception man that was on that night would not let us use the phone to call the transfer company up 10 Sept 08... so don't ask to use it as they will not allow you to in a emergency.

Marlie, one of the entertainers, saved our lives and took us to the airport. She went beyond her duty and we cannot thank her enough... through the bad experience with the man on reception that night. We will not be returning to this hotel as he spoilt the views that we had on the hotel...

Just returned from Condes de Alcudia and would definately go back there.

The room was comfortable, the food choice was excellent, the position of the hotel was very convenient and the staff helpful.

I would reccommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent !!!!!!!

Came to the Condes for a week in August'07(4th/11th) and had an excellent time.

Reception was smart and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Room was quite basic but clean with fresh towels etc... every day (as long as you left them in the bath for the maids to collect). Food was very good, plenty variety and the kids at the hotel certainly seemed to enjoy the entertainment they had.

A few minutes walk and the beautiful Bay of Alcudia awaits. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from outside the Hotel (Pago Pago was great!).

All in all, for a 3 star hotel, I'd find it difficult to get better value, so we're booked to go back in June.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good food, and only minutes from beach and town center.

I have literally just come back from staying at the Condes hotel (landed last night-15/9/07).

The hotel is situated very close to the beach, which is a bonus as the beach stretches for miles and is fab. Food is better than I had expected and there was variety, if there was anything you wanted that was not on the menu mention it as it would be probably at the next day meal.

Rooms are not very spacious, and the sockets are placed in inconvenient places, the evening entertainment was a bit dyer, bingo starts at 9-9.30pm, and entertainment is finished by 11pm.

I found the hotel caters a lot for the older person, hence the bingo for entertainment.

All in all nice hotel, rubbish entertainment.

The Condes is in a perfect spot.

Two minutes from the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. The quality of the meals are very good.

The views from the front of the hotel of the bay are worth the visit to this 3* plus hotel.

We have now been there four times and will be spending another fortnight there in September.

Just got back from staying in the Condes de Alcudia.

Found it to be a lovely hotel with lovely staff. Great entertainment. Had a brilliant holiday.

Only problems were the pool being very small for the amount of people and the TV with not one English channel on it.

Definitely would return.

My wife and I stayed at the Condes with 2 friends and had a fantastic 10 days.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and clean towels every day.

It was that good, we are returning in October with 4 friends, for 2 weeks this time.
