Located in the Playa de Alcudia at only 400 metres from the beach, the Viva Sunrise Apartments and Studios complex consists in 254 apartments and studios with kitchen, complete bathroom, balcony, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, safe and piped music. Apartments can be rented with either 1 or 2 bedrooms. For people with disabilities, Viva Sunrise has 10 adapted apartments available.

Food is server in the buffet restaurant, consisting of cold and warm specialities (some days they run themed buffets), but there are also a snack bar by the pool offering salads, pizza, meat, fish... and a la carte restaurant called s'Estel.

Hotel facilities include swimming pools for both adults and children with pool towel service and hammock area, 24 hours reception with information and foreign exchange, doctor service, recreational games area, Internet service and massages.

As at any other Viva Hotel, the management has arranged a wide range of activities and entertainment for adults and children: water sports, terrace games, horse excursions... And for children and infant, a monitored activities programme in the mini club playground.

Other sport and entertainment facilities include a multi-sport court, ping-pong and billiards, putting green, shooting area and maxi-basket.
